Recipe for Monkey Bread using Frozen Bread Dough

  • Take 2 loaves of white bread ( uncooked )
  • 1 stick of melted butter
  • 2 cups of fine sugar
  • 2 tbsp of cinnamon

Thaw bread dough whole night in refrigerator and make sure it soft. cut it up into one inch by pieces using kitchen scissors. Dip dough into melted butter, then roll around in sugar and cinnamon combination till covered . Cook at temperature recommended on dough packaging for about 1 hour until golden brown and hard on the top.Remove from oven and flip over on to a larger platter. Let sit with pan on top for a few minutes while the sweet mixture runs down the bread. Garnish with marichiano cherries, holly , candied nuts, icing, or decoration of your choice.
