Easy Diabetic Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients:

• 8 ounce of Pet Lite Milk
• 4 packet of Sugar Substitute
• 1 teaspoon of Vanilla
• 2 ea of peeled,Peach and diced
• 1 ea of Banana and mashed
• 4 sl of Pineapple with juice
• 8 ounce of Orange Juice
• 2 c Strawberries crushed

Directions: 
Combine all together and put in freezer of refrigerator till hardened. Remove and break up then put in blender and whip till creamy. Your Easy Diabetic  Ice Cream Recipe is ready to Serve.

Raspberry Mousse Recipe

This is my First Recipe of Raspberry Mousse which I made last night and it was healthy...Hope you will like it.

So Here is the procedure how to make Raspberry Mousse.

Ingredients:

Step1: 2/3 cup of Strawberry Fanciful.
Step2: 1/8 teaspoon cream of tartar.
Step3: 2 egg whites.
Step4: 1/2 cup of whipping cream.

Simple Direction to start the recipe:

Mix tartar cream to egg whites and beat until stiff make sure it shouldn't dry and fold strawberry fanciful. Fold the whipped cream into the fruit mixture. Before serving chill it or freeze for frozen mousse. You can use ant fanciful flavors for variation like: Strawberry, orange pineapple, blueberry, peach or pineapple berry.
