Amaretto Cheesecake recipe

Step 1: 6 beat Eggs.
Step 2: 1/2 cup of fine Sugar.
Step 3: 1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract.
Step 4: 1 teaspoon of Almond Extract.
Step 5: 2 tablespoon of Amaretto Liquor.
Step 6: 2 pound of Fat-Free Ricotta.
Step 7: 6 tablespoon of Flour.
Step 8: 1/2 teaspoon of Baking Powder.
Step 9: Cinnamon as desired.

Direction to make a Amaretto Cheesecake Recipe:

Take a large bowl and combine eggs substitute, vanilla, fine sugar, almond extract and amaretto.Beat it with a wire whisk until frothy.Add ricotta and beat it until creamy & smooth.Mix baking powder and flour then add gradually to cheese mixture, blending thoroughly after each one.Put into 8 inch spring form pan.Bake at 350 degree F for 60 min or insert the toothpick into center of cake and check whether it comes out clean.Cool it and then remove spring form rim and cool thoroughly in refrigerator.Add Sprinkle with cinnamon before you serve it.
