Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake Recipe

Take Ingredients:

Step 1 : 1 1/2 cup of Creme-filled with Cookie Crumbs.
Step 2 : 2 tablespoon of Margarine (Melted).
Step 3 : 32 ounce of Cream Cheese (Softened).
Step 4 : 1 1/4 cup of fine Sugar.
Step 5 : 3 ea Large Eggs.
Step 6 : 1 cup of Sour Cream.
Step 7 : 1 teaspoon of Vanilla.
Step 8 : 6 ounce of Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips.
Step 9 : 1/3 cup of Strained Raspberry Preserves.
Step 10: 1/4 cup of Whipping Cream.

Method to prepare Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake:

Cookie crumbs which has come from 18 cream filled cookies and make sure it is finely crushed. Take 6 ounce of Chocolate chips should be cooled slightly and melted.Mix margarine and crumbs and press onto bottom of 8-inch or 9-inch spring form pan. Combine 24 ounce of fine sugar and cream cheese. And mix at a normal speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add eggs, once at a time, beat it well after each addition. Blend in vanilla and sour cream ; pour over crust. Combine remaining melted chocolate and 8 ounce of cream cheese, mixing at normal speed on electric mixer until well blended. Add Red Raspberry preserves; mix it well. Drop rounded measuring tsp of chocolate cream cheese batter(liquid mixture) over plain cream cheese batter(liquid mixture), make sure it should not swirl. Bake at 325 degrees Fahrenheit up to 1 hr and 25 mins. Loose cake from the pan rim and remove rim of pan after it is cool. whipping cream and Melt chocolate pieces and over low heat stirring until smooth and spread it over cheesecake, Chill it before serve. If you want additional variation on Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake you can garnish with whipping cream, raspberries, whipped and fresh mint leaves.
